Brooke Elizabeth Burns born 16 March 1978 is an American model and TV personality. Burns started her career in television as a supporting role of Peg on the Spanish-American teenage sitcom Out of the Blue (1995-1996). Burns was a member of the Baywatch team in 1998. Later, she starred in Baywatch: Hawaii's second Baywatch: Hawaii version until her pregnancy made her quit the show. Brooke Elizabeth Burns is an American fitness model and actress TV star famous for her character as Jessie Owens in the famous drama show Baywatch. Her most well-known role was in 2001 for the highly successful commercial feature film Shallow Hal. In the sitcom Spanish-American, Out of the Blue, she appeared as Peg between 1995 and 1996.
